Who we are

Off Hours Animation is an independent animation channel on YouTube that makes the comedy series HEADCOUNT. This policy covers this website and the "Off Hours Animation" app, our publishing tool. Contact: [email protected].

The Off Hours Animation app

The app uploads and manages videos on the Off Hours Animation YouTube channel. Only the channel owner uses it, signed in to the channel's own Google account. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

YouTube API Services data the app uses

The app uses YouTube API Services, and only for our own channel:

• Channel information: the channel's ID and title, to confirm it is working on the Off Hours Animation channel and nothing else.
• Videos we upload: the video files, titles, descriptions, tags, captions, thumbnails, privacy status, processing status and playlists.
• Channel branding: the channel banner, watermark, description and keywords.
• Channel analytics (read-only): reports on the channel's own videos (for example views and watch time) through the YouTube Analytics API.

The app does not access, collect or store data about viewers, commenters, other channels or any other Google account.

How data is stored and protected

The Google sign-in token is stored only on the channel owner's computer, readable only by the owner's user account. It is never uploaded, shared or published. Analytics reports are kept privately by the owner, and are refreshed or deleted as the YouTube API Services Developer Policies require (at most 30 days for stored API data unless refreshed). This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, trackers or advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share any data. We do not use YouTube API Services data for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Google and YouTube

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google handles data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app's access at any time on the Google Account third-party connections page.

Deleting data

Revoking access stops the app at once. To have locally stored analytics reports or the token deleted, email [email protected]; we delete them within 7 days.
